Our Dog Boarding Process
Firstly, we will do a doggy walk together as a meet and greet. The Paws team will come to meet your dog/s and you on a small walk at the location of your choice so we can all make friends.
The second meet and greet (if needed), your dog(s) and yourself are welcomed to the Paws headquarters to look around and go through the initial free consultation. If all goes well and we are all happy, your bookings are confirmed.
Trial nights are compulsory and must be carried out at least a week before your booking. Trial home boarding nights cost £25.00/night/dog and are necessary to ensure that we are a good fit for your dog. Moreover, it is less stressful for them if they are familiar with the smells and us.
While your beloved canines stay at Norfolk Paws, they will be treated as part of the pack. They will be walked, fed and cared for as if they were at home with you!
