CANCELLATION POLICIES

Dog walking - Please be made aware that you will be charged the full amount of your service if you cancel after 9am the same day as your walk. 
Home Boarding - Please be made aware that you will be charged the full amount of your dogs stay if you cancel; 
24 hours prior to a one night stay.
1 week prior to a 2 night stay or more.

INVOICE PAYMENTS

Dog walking - Invoices are sent out every week when all booked walks are complete for the client. We kindly ask that the invoice be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. 
Any invoices not paid within 10 days of the invoice due date will incur a 10% late fee charge on top of their final bill. 
Home Boarding and Wedding day dog care - All invoices will be sent out prior to the service. We kindly ask that payment be made by the invoice due date. If it is not, we will not go ahead with the booking.
Failure to make payments will result in termination of the relationship between Norfolk Paws and the client.

DEPOSITS

Home Boarding - if your dogs stay is more than 2 nights, we ask for a 20% non refundable deposit at time of booking. This will be taken off the final invoice. 
Wedding Day dog care - We ask for a 20% non refundable deposit at time of booking. This will be taken off your final invoice.

COVID '19'

Please be made aware that if anyone in the Norfolk Paws household tests positive, all walks and boarding's will be cancelled and all household members will isolate according to the government guidelines. 
Norfolk Paws asks that if anyone in your household tests positive with COVID within 5 days of you expecting to come into contact with Norfolk Paws you let us know immediately, it is likely we will cancel your services.

TRIAL NIGHTS

As of 2023 Trial Nights are compulsory and your dog/s will not be able to board with us at the time of their booking if they have not attended a trial night. This is for new clients only.

COMMUNICATION

ALL new enquires must come through our website or email. We do not accept phone calls, text messages, Facebook or Instagram messages from new clients. There is simply too many platforms to keep on top of and we miss your messages. No new enquiries will be answered should they come through anything but this website or email. 
Regular clients are welcome to WhatsApp or email.

PLEASE BE KIND.

We are only human. We do not accept rudeness, slander on social media, passive aggressive messages or multiple duplicated texts, DMs, phone calls and emails sent within a few minutes of each other. We are always hard working and will most likely be trekking across the countryside with loads of dogs in hand, we will get to your emails when we can. Please respect this. If we receive any of the above, our relationship will be terminated for the sake of our own mental health.
